People and Culture Business Partner

Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, you will drive the People and Culture (P&C) operational effectiveness in Country Offices, facilitates organisational development and change and provides a framework for best people’s practice and quality standards. You will also support the organization in developing and implementing initiatives that encourage diversity, promote equity, and support psychological and physical safety of the workforce.
