Izzy Oktem
Director, Information Technology
Izzy Oktem is the Director of Information Technology at Right To Play, where he leads global technology strategy and operations in support of the organization’s mission. He joined Right To Play in 2024 and has played a key role in advancing digital transformation, data and analytics, and cybersecurity across the organization.
Izzet brings over 15 years of experience in IT and leadership, having worked across the non-profit and private sectors. Prior to joining Right To Play, he held a number of roles in technology and project management, leading cloud migration, CRM, and enterprise system initiatives.
Outside of work, Izzet has travelled to over 80 countries, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, and was once a professional dancer.
