Tess Howard MBE is an England and Great Britain international hockey player, Olympian and passionate advocate for equality and inclusion in sport.
Alongside her playing career, Tess is the founder of Inclusive Sportswear, a movement campaigning for choice, inclusivity and belonging through more inclusive sports kit policies. Her pioneering work has helped drive positive change across sport, ensuring more women and girls feel comfortable, confident and able to participate.
As a Right To Play Ambassador since 2026, Tess is helping to raise awareness and support for our work to protect, educate and empower children through the power of play, championing every child's opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
